We are all facing uncertain times and with many of us on lockdown anxiety levels are at an all-time high. Our day to day routines have completely changed which has an impact on our anxiety levels. If you are struggling with your mental health your anxiety levels could be exacerbated by the constant stream of bad news.

Without a daily structure, our minds tend to drift allowing anxiety to take hold. In the short video below I provide you with some practical tips on how to structure your day. If you implement a fairly simple daily plan listing all your activities it will help keep you in the moment.
