Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP Treatment in Glasgow

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is about the connection between our thoughts, emotions and our actions. This includes how we perceive the world, how we handle and store information, how we plan and make decisions, how we relate to others, and produce the behaviours we do both good or bad.

One of the best ways to rid yourself of a bad habit, phobia or behaviour is to reset you prior to this unwanted behaviour started to take hold. NLP is fast and effective at dealing with many issues including Weight Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Swings, Phobias, Bad Habits, Confidence, Grief, Relationship Issues, Bullying, Eating Disorders and OCD.

Our brains operate very much like a computer. We store memories about our experiences in life and when we encounter a similar situation or experience we recall past memories to determine how we may respond, we then start to predict possible outcomes based on the past memory. A great example of this is if you have started a new relationship and you recall memories and emotions associated with a past failed relationship, it will affect the way you behave in the relationship

What is NLP?

Neuro – How we choose to view and sense the world
Lingustic – The internal dialogue and external language we use
Programming – The behaviours we exhibit

Everything you experience in life is created twice – first as a thought in your mind and then in reality. The experiences you create are representative of your internal state, the way you think and the feelings that your thoughts generate.
